Job costing and profit
Taktcell already knows how long each job took on which machine and who worked on it. Add your rates, and every job shows what it cost and what it earned.

Where the cost comes from
Each machine has an hourly rate and each person an hourly cost. A job's cost is the machine time times the rate, plus the people's recorded time times their cost, plus the materials it uses.
- Planned cost from the planned duration
- Actual cost from the time recorded by the timer
- Materials at their unit cost
Price, profit and margin
Enter the price on the order or on a single job. Taktcell shows the profit and the margin, and suggests a price from the planned cost with your markup.
Which work makes money
The reports list the finished orders and jobs of a period with their price, cost and profit, losses first, and add them up per customer.
Only for admins
Rates, costs and profit are visible to admins only. Workers see their jobs as before.
