Production reports
The reports are built from the schedule and the time your team records, so there is nothing extra to fill in.
Machine utilisation and downtime
For each machine you see the scheduled time, the downtime from maintenance and breakdowns, and utilisation as a share of the day.
Jobs completed and on time
The reports count the jobs completed in the period, how many were finished by their planned end, and the jobs completed per day. Overdue jobs are listed separately.
Hours worked per person
Admins see the hours recorded by each person, the jobs they completed and their open and overdue jobs.
Any period
Choose this week, last week, this month, last month or your own dates.
Profit by order and by customer
On the Pro and Business plans the reports also show revenue, cost and profit of the orders and jobs finished in the period, with losses at the top and a summary per customer.
Your data stays yours
Admins can export jobs, time records and maintenance to Excel, and download a full backup of the database.
