Production planning for bakeries and food production
The shift starts at 3 am, and every batch passes the mixer, the proofing chamber, the oven, cooling and packing. Taktcell shows the whole day, including the night.

The screenshots on this page show a fictional demo company, Golden Grain Bakery.

A schedule that starts at night
There are no working-hour limits, so jobs can start at 3 am and the schedule shows all 24 hours. Short batches of 30 to 90 minutes sit side by side on each machine.
Orders from several customers
Give each batch its customer and deadline: the market chain, the café or the school canteen. Taktcell warns you if a batch is planned to finish after its deadline.
When equipment stops
If the cooling tunnel fan stops, the packer reports it from the phone. The tunnel shows as broken, and the people whose batches depend on it are notified.
Notes on every batch
The baker notes that the dough was wetter and the proofing was shortened. The next shift and the manager can read it in the job’s history.
