Materials and stock for production jobs
Film, sheet metal, boards or flour: list what your jobs use up. Taktcell takes it from stock when a job is finished and warns you before you run out.

Stock, minimum and cost
Each material has a unit, a stock level, a minimum and a unit cost. When the stock falls below the minimum, admins get a notification and the material is marked for reordering.
Taken from stock when a job is done
A job lists the materials it needs. When it is marked as done, the quantity is taken from stock; if more or less was used, the worker or admin enters the actual amount. Reopening the job puts the material back.
A warning when planning
When you plan a job, Taktcell adds up what the jobs before it will use. If there will not be enough left, you see the warning in the job form, before the machine stands still.
Receipts and stocktakes
Record deliveries with their cost and correct the stock after a count. Every movement is kept in the material's history.
Not an MRP
There are no bills of materials, purchasing or lot tracking. This is deliberate: it covers what a workshop needs without the setup of an MRP system.
